Kostas Dematis is a livestock farmer with extensive experience in traditional farming. He operates in the Zagori area with respect to the natural environment and local practices. His work with animal husbandry is based on principles of sustainability, animal welfare, and the use of local knowledge passed down through generations and acquired through his hands-on relationship with nature and daily work on the land. As an external collaborator of EcoMuseum Zagori, he actively participates in highlighting the region’s intangible cultural heritage, enriching ecotourism and educational activities with hands-on experiences that connect visitors to local livestock traditions and rural ways of life.
